Career development and entrepreneurship

Once a student has successfully moved through the vocational process and has found their passion; career development takes place through either further studies and training or business and entrepreneurial development.

Our aim is to work with the community especially local businesses to place our adults into situations which are beneficial to both the person and the business. As well as develop the entrepreneur skills of our adults to facilitate the development of their own small businesses.

The goal is for the adult is to find purpose and meaning in life as well as being a productive member of society

Certification from various institutions will be implemented; the adult will have the opportunity to earn at least a certificate of competence in their chosen field, if not a qualification.

Career development is personal and unique to each individual student depending on their passion and abilities. Once a student’s passion comes to light we use different institutions and community members to assists that student embrace their passion.
Through ongoing support and development students become proud productive members of society doing what has meaning for them and they enjoy doing.
